Why we exist

Selling on Amazon is hard enough without quietly losing money to errors you can't see. Lost units, damaged stock, fee miscalculations, IPI scores sliding toward storage limits — these problems hide in reports most sellers never have time to read. SeahorseDesk was founded to take that operational burden off sellers' shoulders and turn it into recovered cash and a healthier account.

We're not a piece of software. We're specialists who work inside Seller Central every day, file claims by hand, and treat your account with the same care we'd want for our own.

Harishchandra founded SeahorseDesk in 2023 in Vadodara, India, after seeing how much money FBA sellers leave on the table to Amazon's operational errors. He leads a team focused on reconciliation, account health and product research for sellers worldwide.
